RETURN PROCESS

We always aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be items to be returned/exchanged.

Returns are accepted for store credit within 7 days from your delivery date. 

Please Note:

• To start your return process you must contact us within the 7 day timeframe
• Items must be in the same condition it was received
• We do not provide return labels. You are responsible for shipping cost!
• If you wish to exchange your item(s) you must wait to receive your store credit to place a new order 
• All sale/clearance items are final

Once your return is received it can take up to 3 business days to process, approve and provide your store credit.
