How long is shipping in the US?

Shipping can take 3-7 business days once your order is processed.

 

How do I cancel my order?

At this time we do not allow order cancellations. Once your order is place we aim to process it same day. Please contact us if you wish to modify your order but there are no guarantees that it has not been packaged.

 

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds but returns can be done for store credit. Please review our full return policy before ordering.

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email tracking once your order is shipped. You can track your order by creating an online profile with us or via email with the tracking number.

 

My item was damaged. What now?

In the event that your order was damaged we request that you send us an email with a picture of your damaged item(s) along with your order number within 24 hours of delivery date

 

Why was my order canceled?

In some cases an item may become suddenly out of stock and is no longer available. Other reasons why your order may be canceled is if it is flagged as being fraudulent, it will be canceled immediately. 

 

Why is my coupon code not working?

Please double check that you are entering the correct code and it is not expired. If the code is valid and you are still experiencing issues please contact us immediately so we can assist.
